Analysed and reverse-engineered a failed design to determine cause using Australian Standards and supporting finite element analysis (FEA) for the stainless steel floating pontoon mixers at a water treatment plant (WWTP) and to predict an expected design life.

This project involved the design, documentation and technical support for two new DN1000 penstocks and associated pressure pipework as part of a new irrigation dam in New Zealand.
